Teri L. Vukonich-Mikkelsen

Teri is an attorney at Reisinger Booth & Associates, P.C., L.L.O. focusing on estate planning, probate, family law, business planning, contracts, corporate transactions, and criminal law. Her previous professional experience includes serving as an attorney at Lamson, Dugan & Murray, LLP and Vukonich Law Office. 

She has notable business experience. She served as an Interim CEO/Corporate Counsel, during which she successfully created and implemented a business plan for an international seafood company in the Philippines and oversaw all international legal transactions. Additionally, she successfully created and implemented a business plan for an international franchise company in Central America managing various aspects of the businesses, including legal transactions, lease negotiations, vendor contracts, and risk management. 

Teri's community involvement includes being a member of U.S. Global Leadership Coalition - Nebraska Advisory Committee, Vice President and Board Member of the Ashland Area Economic Development Corporation, and Board Member of the Jan Eric Pusch Charitable Foundation.
